MOSCOW, Russia - A nanny was stopped on Monday in Moscow having decapitated a 4-year-old child after whom she was supposed to look and to have burnt her flat down, announced Russian media and committee of inquiry.
«The body of a carrying, 3-4-year-old child of the traces of violent death», was discovered on Monday in a flat in the northwest of Moscow, pointed out the committee of inquiry of the Russian capital in a press release.
«The body was decapitated. According to first information, the nanny had taken the head with her», declared a source within police force, named by the official agency TASS.
«The nanny, native to a country of Central Asia, born in 1977, killed the child (...) before burning the flat down and running away», specifies the press release of the committee of inquiry.
According to the popular television channel Lifenews, the victim was called Nastia.
Her nanny, Gultchekhra Bobokoulova, 39 years, was stopped near a metro station in the northwest of Moscow, with the head of the little girl in a plastic bag, asserts this chain known for her links with the Russian services of security.
According to the Interfax agency, the nanny is originally from Ouzbékistan, Soviet ex-republic of Central Asia with Muslim majority.
According to witnesses named by Russian media, the nanny shouted «Allah Akbar! »at the time of the arrest.
The woman who showed '" an apparently inadequate behaviour " was stopped and will suffer " a psychiatric examination ", added the committee of inquiry.
Contacted by the AFP, the police of Moscow refused to give any comment.
